Installation and account

Check your installer and license

Mac requirements, official downloads, and what to check before activating the app.

Commercial purchasing and app license integration are being prepared. Check your account for purchase and download availability.

Supported Macs

CamBrain Solo targets Apple Silicon Macs (M1 or later) running macOS 15 or later. An Intel Mac installer is not included in the supported offering.

Check the operating system and free-space requirements for the version you plan to install. Allow space for the app separately from your original media and its copies.

Find the official installer

Sign in with the account you used for your purchase or beta access and open Downloads. Check the version, release channel, and requirements, then choose the file available to your account.

If no file appears or the download is marked as being prepared, contact support. Do not substitute a file from another distributor just because its filename matches.

Check your license before first use

Check your current status on the Licenses page. If a key is available, copy your own key and activate it in the installed app’s license entry screen. Initial activation requires an internet connection.

Do not include your full key in a support message or screenshot. If it is missing or still being prepared, check your payment status and signed-in account before purchasing again.

If macOS says it cannot verify the installer, tell support the exact warning and where you obtained the file. We do not advise disabling security settings or removing the file’s quarantine attributes.

Start with test media

Check the license status and access period shown in the app, then create a project and run a small copy job with test media. Inspect the copy and verification results and the destination before working with camera originals.
