Commercial purchasing and app license integration are being prepared. Check your account for purchase and download availability.

Before you pay

Open Billing to see the products available to buy. Review today’s amount, currency and tax, access period, next payment date and amount, and whether the plan renews automatically.

The first paid trial is available once per owner and lasts exactly 30 days. Check the checkout screen for the subscription terms that follow. See Pricing for discount eligibility and campaign conditions.

If you paid but cannot see your access

Check your receipt and the transaction status in Billing, then refresh your account after a short wait. Do not buy the same product again merely because you closed checkout or the completion screen is slow to appear.

Check that the account on your receipt matches the one you are signed in to. If the payment still does not appear, send the help desk your transaction ID, payment time and amount, and the status shown on screen. Do not send a full card number or authentication code.

Receipts and payment methods

In Billing, check the transaction details and any payment portal link provided. Use the payment method and subscription management features available in that portal.

If there is no portal link or it does not open, use the management link in your payment confirmation email or contact Paddle buyer support.

An unfinished purchase request

If your account shows an unfinished purchase request, use its Continue or Cancel action. If the status is being checked, wait for the result.

Canceling a purchase request clears a request that has not yet been paid. For a paid transaction, see the refund guidance.
